  1. How does this service work?
    When you register and make your advertisement available for public viewing, the people all over the world has access to it. People who are looking for a bride or groom, comes to our site and search for the prospective bride/groom based on their preferences. If they are interested, they can contact the owner of the profile thru' our confidential message transfer system. Only people who are a registered member can contact others. This way we make sure that people are genuinely interested in your advertisement. All the messages you received will be delivered to you instantly on your message center once you login to your account. You can reply to them confidentially thru' our message delivery system. We will not provide any details about you to anybody. We discourage you from passing your email address or contact information unless you are very sure you want to proceed.
  2. How do I place my matrimonial advertisement?/How do I register?
    Placing your advertisement is easy. Click here or click on the Register tab on the left menu of this page. Then fill out your contact details and the advertisement details. Instructions are provided in the registration form.
  3. Are there any fees for the service?
    There is no fee for using our service currently. This is a limited time offer only.
  4. How can I modify my advertisement/details?
    Inorder to update your profile, first you have to sign on as a member. Once you are on your member home page, follow the instructions.
  5. How can I respond to the advertisement?
    Inorder to contact the owner of a profile, click on the Contact Me or Send Correspondence link provided on each profile. You need to sign on to send your message. If you are not already signed on, you will be asked to signon first. If you are not a member, click here to register.
  6. How can I add a photo to my advertisement?
    After your registration, you will be provided a link to send your photograph through Email to our customer care team. We will edit your photo and attach it with your advertisement. You will be notified once your photo is attached to your advertisement. If you are already a registered member, you can sign on to your account, and the instructions are provided on the member home page to add your photo.
